2. Event Postponements or Cancellations

Postponed Events: If an event is postponed, previously purchased tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. Refunds for postponed events are not issued unless specifically stated.

Cancelled Events: If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you will be entitled to a full refund for the ticket price. Any service or processing fees charged at the time of purchase may not be refundable.

3. Special Considerations for Refunds

Refunds will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

• You were charged in error due to a technical or transactional issue on our website.

• Proofed medical emergencies or extenuating life circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis with appropriate documentation.

If you purchased your ticket through a third-party vendor or ticketing platform (e.g., Eventbrite, TicketMaster, etc.), you are subject to their respective refund policies. Club Delicious does not manage, nor is responsible for, third-party ticket sales.

5. No Transfers or Resales

Tickets purchased through Club Delicious are non-transferable and may not be resold. Reselling tickets is strictly prohibited and will result in ticket invalidation without refund.
